NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. NOT OFFERED IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
ELIGIBILITY
The Auto Value®/Bumper to Bumper® Perfect Stop Perfect Summer Powersports Giveaway 2026 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the United States (Not offered in Florida, New York or Puerto Rico) and Canada, and is open only to persons who are legal residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their State, Province or Territory at time of entry and who are employed in the automotive aftermarket as repair technicians who purchase or use auto parts in order to repair customer vehicle.
ENTRY PERIOD
Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT), June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT), July 31, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of these official rules, all times listed refer to Central Daylight Time.
HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES
There are three ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
- Users of Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper’s on-line parts purchasing tool MyPlace4Parts® can click on the Official Entry Form that appears with each purchase of any Perfect Stop item; they will automatically receive one entry for each such purchase.
- Complete the Official Entry Form online at https://perfectstopsummerpromo.com/. Enter the invoice number provided for each purchase of any Perfect Stop item. One entry is awarded for each such purchase.
- Send a 3x5 card with the following information: Name, Email, Home/Street Address, City, State, Zip, Shop Name, Shop Address, City, State, Zip, Shop Phone to:

All entrants must provide a street address. Entries providing only a post office box will not be accepted.
All Sweepstakes entries must be based on orders placed via MyPlace4Parts® on or before July 31, 2026 or 3X5 cards postmarked on or before July 31, 2026. All Sweepstakes entries must be received by August 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited.
DISCLAIMER
Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and all warehouse distributors, jobbers, and other vendors associated with the Sponsor in promoting and/or administering the Sweepstakes (the Sponsor and such other associated entities, being collectively called the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not responsible for lost, interrupted, late or damaged mail, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; including without limitation incorrect or incomplete Sweepstakes information (including Sweepstakes entry information) regardless of cause.
Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Use of robotic, automated, programmed, or like means to enter the Sweepstakes will void all entries affected by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the Sweepstakes entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. Once submitted, all requests and entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
By completing the Official Entry form, all entrants consent to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of running the Sweepstakes and as permitted by these rules. Personal information is defined as anything that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age, home address, email address, gender. Sponsor will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes.
DRAWINGS
Three (3) Grand Prize winners, five (5) First Prize winners, twenty (20) Second Prize winners and fifty (50) Third Prize winners will be selected by two (2) random drawings from all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM Central Daylight Time the day prior to the drawing date. The drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor. The drawings will be made randomly by Boxhead Design Group – 524 Main Street., Suite 311, Racine WI, 53403 – via computer at 12:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time on July 1 (first drawing) and August 16, 2026 (second drawing).
SKILL-TESTING QUESTION (CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY)
Upon notification of selection for any prize, if the selected entrant is a Canadian resident, he or she must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, before the prize will be awarded. In the event that the selected entrant is unable to answer the skill-testing question correctly, the Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify said entrant and to randomly draw another eligible entry, and the Sponsor shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)
GRAND PRIZE WINNERS: Total of six (6) winners will each win a powersport vehicle of their choice, each such vehicle not to exceed a cost of $15,000 USD, including freight (ARV of $15,000 USD each including freight).
FIRST PRIZE WINNERS: Total of ten (10) winners will each win VISA Gift card valued at $500 USD.
SECOND PRIZE WINNERS: Total of forty (40) winners will each win VISA Gift card valued at $250 USD.
THIRD PRIZE WINNERS: Total of one hundred (100) winners will each win VISA Gift card valued at $100 USD.
Prizes are not allocated on a regional basis. The ARVs are subject to change based on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment. Any difference between the ARVs and the actual values, if any, will not be awarded.
The Prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Prize is nontransferable; no substitutions or cash redemptions except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded.
Winners will be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor is not responsible for misplaced, lost, stolen, or tampered with prize tickets or other prizes. Grand Prize Winners must select the vehicles by November 30, 2026 or the prize is forfeit. Grand Prize Winners accept vehicles “as is” and in the condition found. Sweepstakes Entities make no representation as to the condition of the vehicles or with regard to their roadworthiness. Winners bear the sole responsibility for the operation of the vehicles and their condition. Entrants further acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes, and any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.
Each Prize winner will be required to supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes. Taxes (if any) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be assigned. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received at the time of draw.
EXCLUSION FROM ELIGIBILITY
Employees, officers, and directors of Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, the other Sweepstakes Entities, and the members of the immediate family of any of the foregoing (parents, siblings, children, and spouse) or those persons living in the same household, whether related or not, of such individuals are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By entering, entrant has confirmed and is held accountable that the address on their entry is current and is valid for the Sweepstakes Period and for six months after the Sweepstakes has ended. The entrant's address must be a street address. Entries showing post office boxes will not be accepted. Any prizes shipped to a wrong address or unclaimed will be forfeited and winner will become disqualified. The eligibility of each prize winner will be verified by the member of the Sponsor who made the sweepstakes available to such winner. Upon verification, the prize will be shipped to such member of the Sponsor. Such member will then notify the winner by telephone, e-mail or mail and will make arrangements for the delivery of the prize to the winner. Winners will be notified. If prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner of such prize will be disqualified, and an alternate winner selected in a random manner from among the remaining eligible entries. Each prize winner will be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining eligible entries.
By entering in the Sweepstakes, entrant: (a) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor and by the decisions of Sponsor; (b) acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules; (c) agrees to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations; (d) acknowledges the inherent hazards and risks associated with the use of powersport vehicles, including sever injury and even loss of life and freely accepts and expressly assumes all risk, dangers and hazards that may arise from operation of a powersport vehicle which could result in personal injury, loss of life and property damage; and (e) forever releases, absolves, indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., the other Sweepstakes Entities, the respective companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages to person (including death) and/or property of any kind caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities, and for any claim, demand, or cause of action known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, past, present or future, to the maximum extent permitted by law without exception or reservation, including claims based on defamation, publicity rights, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property related cause of action. By accepting a prize, winner grants the right to Sponsor to record, videotape, and photograph such winner (“Images”). These Images will be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor and each of its designees shall have the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy, and exploit such Images, and all elements embodied therein, including any names, likenesses, voice, conversation, and any other attributes of such winner, individually or with others, together with his/her name, address, as well as any statements made by such winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor (provided they are true) in whole or in part, in conjunction with other material, if any, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for the purpose of trade, advertising, promotion, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, throughout the world, without additional compensation, consideration, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
GENERAL TERMS
The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible if the Sweepstakes or if any prize cannot be awarded due to delays, interruptions, or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government, or other events outside of the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Entities. If, for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Entities, which, in Sponsor’s sole determination, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any part of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes or any part of the Sweepstakes is terminated or modified prior to the closing date of the Sweepstakes, notice will be posted on https://perfectstopsummerpromo.com/ if time permits and the prizes will be awarded to potential winners to be selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining uncorrupted eligible entries received prior to any such event outside of the reasonable control of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify and amend these Official Rules from time to time during the Sweepstakes for clarification purposes.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) LOCATED WITHIN BEXAR COUNTY, TEXAS SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS SHALL GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THESE COURTS.
QUEBEC’S RESIDENTS
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

B. Complete el Formulario Oficial de Participación en línea en https://perfectstopsummerpromo.com/. Ingrese el número de factura proporcionado por cada compra de cualquier producto Perfect Stop. Se otorgará una participación por cada compra realizada.

INFORMACIÓN PERSONAL
Al completar el Formulario Oficial de Participación, todos los participantes consienten la recopilación, uso y distribución de su información personal por parte del Patrocinador con el propósito de administrar el Sorteo y según lo permitido por estas reglas. La información personal se define como cualquier dato que identifique al participante como individuo, incluyendo número telefónico, edad, dirección, correo electrónico y género. El Patrocinador no venderá ni transmitirá esta información a terceros excepto para fines relacionados con la administración del Sorteo.
SORTEOS
Tres (3) ganadores del Gran Premio, cinco (5) ganadores del Primer Premio, veinte (20) ganadores del Segundo Premio y cincuenta (50) ganadores del Tercer Premio serán seleccionados mediante dos (2) sorteos aleatorios entre todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas antes de las 11:59 p.m. CDT del día anterior a la fecha del sorteo. Los sorteos serán realizados por el Patrocinador. Los sorteos serán realizados aleatoriamente por Boxhead Design Group – 524 Main Street, Suite 311, Racine WI, 53403 – mediante computadora a las 12:00 p.m. CDT el 1 de julio (primer sorteo) y el 16 de agosto de 2026 (segundo sorteo).
PREGUNTA DE HABILIDAD (SOLO RESIDENTES DE CANADÁ)
Al ser notificado como posible ganador de cualquier premio, si el participante seleccionado es residente de Canadá, deberá responder correctamente una pregunta matemática de habilidad con límite de tiempo y sin asistencia de ningún tipo, ya sea mecánica o de otra naturaleza, antes de que se le otorgue el premio. Si el participante seleccionado no responde correctamente la pregunta, el Patrocinador tendrá derecho a descalificarlo y seleccionar otra participación elegible al azar, quedando completamente liberado de cualquier responsabilidad relacionada.
PREMIOS DEL SORTEO, VALOR MINORISTA APROXIMADO (ARV)
GANADORES DEL GRAN PREMIO: Un total de seis (6) ganadores recibirán un vehículo powersport de su elección, cuyo valor no exceda los $15,000 USD, incluyendo flete (ARV de $15,000 USD cada uno incluyendo flete).
GANADORES DEL PRIMER PREMIO: Un total de diez (10) ganadores recibirán una tarjeta de regalo VISA con valor de $500 USD.
GANADORES DEL SEGUNDO PREMIO: Un total de cuarenta (40) ganadores recibirán una tarjeta de regalo VISA con valor de $250 USD.
GANADORES DEL TERCER PREMIO: Un total de cien (100) ganadores recibirán una tarjeta de regalo VISA con valor de $100 USD.
Los premios no se asignan por región. Los valores ARV están sujetos a cambios según las condiciones del mercado al momento de la entrega del premio. Cualquier diferencia entre el ARV y el valor real no será otorgada.
Los premios serán otorgados siempre y cuando se reciba un número suficiente de participaciones elegibles. Los premios no son transferibles; no se permitirán sustituciones ni redenciones en efectivo excepto por parte del Patrocinador debido a falta de disponibilidad, en cuyo caso se otorgará un premio de igual o mayor valor.
Los ganadores deberán firmar y devolver una Declaración de Elegibilidad y Exención de Responsabilidad y Publicidad (salvo donde esté prohibido por ley) dentro de los 14 días posteriores al intento de notificación o el premio podrá ser confiscado y se seleccionará un ganador alternativo al azar.
El Patrocinador no es responsable por premios o boletos perdidos, robados, alterados o extraviados. Los ganadores del Gran Premio deberán seleccionar su vehículo antes del 30 de noviembre de 2026 o perderán el premio. Los ganadores aceptan los vehículos “tal como están” y en las condiciones encontradas. Las Entidades del Sorteo no hacen ninguna representación sobre la condición o funcionamiento de los vehículos. Los ganadores asumen toda responsabilidad por el uso y condición de los vehículos.
Cada ganador deberá proporcionar su número de seguro social al Patrocinador para fines fiscales. Los impuestos aplicables son responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador. Las probabilidades de ganar dependen del número total de participaciones elegibles recibidas.
EXCLUSIÓN DE ELEGIBILIDAD
Los empleados, directivos y directores de Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., sus afiliadas, subsidiarias, agencias de publicidad/promoción, otras Entidades del Sorteo y familiares inmediatos (padres, hermanos, hijos y cónyuge), así como personas que vivan en el mismo hogar, sean familiares o no, no son elegibles para participar.
CONDICIONES DE PARTICIPACIÓN
Al participar, el participante confirma y acepta que la dirección proporcionada es válida durante el Período del Sorteo y durante seis meses posteriores a su finalización. La dirección debe ser física; no se aceptarán apartados postales. Los premios enviados a direcciones incorrectas o no reclamados serán confiscados y el ganador será descalificado.
Al participar en el Sorteo, el participante:
(a) acepta estar sujeto a estas Reglas Oficiales y a las interpretaciones y decisiones del Patrocinador;
(b) reconoce el cumplimiento de estas Reglas Oficiales;
(c) acepta cumplir con todas las leyes y regulaciones aplicables;
(d) reconoce los riesgos inherentes asociados con el uso de vehículos powersport, incluyendo lesiones graves o incluso la muerte, y asume todos dichos riesgos; y
(e) libera y exonera permanentemente a Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., las demás Entidades del Sorteo y sus respectivas afiliadas, subsidiarias, agencias de promoción y empleados de cualquier responsabilidad por lesiones, pérdidas o daños relacionados con la participación en el Sorteo o el uso del premio.
Al aceptar un premio, el ganador otorga al Patrocinador el derecho de grabar, fotografiar y utilizar su imagen (“Imágenes”). Estas imágenes serán propiedad del Patrocinador y podrán utilizarse para fines publicitarios, promocionales o comerciales en cualquier medio, sin compensación adicional, salvo donde esté prohibido por ley.
TÉRMINOS GENERALES
Las Entidades del Sorteo no son responsables si el Sorteo o cualquier premio no puede realizarse debido a retrasos, interrupciones o fallas causadas por casos fortuitos, guerra, desastres naturales, clima, terrorismo, huelgas, incendios, actos gubernamentales u otros eventos fuera de su control razonable.

Le concours Auto Value®/Bumper to Bumper® Perfect Stop Perfect Summer Powersports Giveaway 2026 (« Concours ») est offert uniquement aux États-Unis (non offert en Floride, à New York ni à Porto Rico) et au Canada, et est ouvert uniquement aux personnes qui sont des résidents légaux des États-Unis et du Canada, qui ont atteint l’âge de la majorité dans leur État, province ou territoire au moment de l’inscription, et qui travaillent dans le marché secondaire de l’automobile en tant que techniciens en réparation qui achètent ou utilisent des pièces automobiles afin de réparer les véhicules des clients.
PÉRIODE DU CONCOURS
Le concours débute à 0 h 01, heure avancée du Centre (CDT), le 1er juin 2026, et se termine à 23 h 59, heure avancée du Centre (CDT), le 31 juillet 2026 (« Période du concours »). Aux fins du présent règlement officiel, toutes les heures indiquées correspondent à l’heure avancée du Centre (CDT).

Il existe trois façons de participer au concours :
A. Les utilisateurs de l’outil d’achat de pièces en ligne MyPlace4Parts® d’Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper peuvent cliquer sur le formulaire officiel de participation apparaissant avec chaque achat d’un produit Perfect Stop; ils recevront automatiquement une participation pour chaque achat admissible.
B. Remplissez le formulaire officiel de participation en ligne à https://perfectstopsummerpromo.com/. Entrez le numéro de facture fourni pour chaque achat d’un produit Perfect Stop. Une participation sera accordée pour chaque achat admissible.

Toutes les participations doivent être reçues avant le 15 août 2026 à 23 h 59 CDT. Toute autre forme de participation est interdite.

Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. (« Commanditaire »), ainsi que tous les distributeurs, détaillants et autres fournisseurs associés au Commanditaire dans la promotion et/ou l’administration du concours (le Commanditaire et ces autres entités étant collectivement appelés les « Entités du concours ») ne sont pas responsables du courrier perdu, interrompu, retardé ou endommagé, de toute intervention humaine non autorisée ou de toute autre erreur de quelque nature que ce soit, qu’elle soit humaine, mécanique ou électronique, y compris, sans limitation, toute information incorrecte ou incomplète relative au concours (y compris les informations de participation), quelle qu’en soit la cause.
Les documents de participation ayant été altérés ou falsifiés seront nuls. L’utilisation de moyens robotisés, automatisés, programmés ou similaires pour participer au concours annulera toutes les participations concernées. Le Commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de disqualifier toute personne qu’il juge avoir altéré le processus de participation ou le fonctionnement du concours. Une fois soumises, toutes les demandes et participations deviennent la propriété exclusive du Commanditaire et ne seront ni reconnues ni retournées.
RENSEIGNEMENTS PERSONNELS
En remplissant le formulaire officiel de participation, tous les participants consentent à la collecte, à l’utilisation et à la distribution de leurs renseignements personnels par le Commanditaire aux fins de l’administration du concours et conformément au présent règlement. Les renseignements personnels comprennent toute information permettant d’identifier un participant comme individu, notamment le numéro de téléphone, l’âge, l’adresse résidentielle, l’adresse courriel et le genre. Le Commanditaire ne vendra ni ne transmettra ces renseignements à des tiers sauf dans le cadre de l’administration du concours.
TIRAGES
Trois (3) gagnants du grand prix, cinq (5) gagnants du premier prix, vingt (20) gagnants du deuxième prix et cinquante (50) gagnants du troisième prix seront sélectionnés lors de deux (2) tirages au sort parmi toutes les participations admissibles reçues avant 23 h 59 CDT la veille de chaque tirage. Les tirages seront effectués par le Commanditaire. Les tirages auront lieu par ordinateur chez Boxhead Design Group – 524 Main Street, Suite 311, Racine WI, 53403 – à 12 h 00 CDT le 1er juillet 2026 (premier tirage) et le 16 août 2026 (deuxième tirage).
QUESTION D’HABILETÉ (RÉSIDENTS DU CANADA SEULEMENT)
Lorsqu’un participant est sélectionné pour un prix et qu’il est résident du Canada, il devra répondre correctement à une question d’habileté mathématique chronométrée sans aide d’aucune sorte avant de recevoir son prix. Si le participant sélectionné ne répond pas correctement à la question, le Commanditaire pourra le disqualifier et sélectionner une autre participation admissible au hasard.
PRIX DU CONCOURS, VALEUR AU DÉTAIL APPROXIMATIVE (VDA)
GAGNANTS DU GRAND PRIX : Un total de six (6) gagnants recevront chacun un véhicule powersport de leur choix, d’une valeur maximale de 15 000 $ US, transport inclus (VDA de 15 000 $ US chacun, transport inclus).
GAGNANTS DU PREMIER PRIX : Un total de dix (10) gagnants recevront chacun une carte-cadeau VISA d’une valeur de 500 $ US.
GAGNANTS DU DEUXIÈME PRIX : Un total de quarante (40) gagnants recevront chacun une carte-cadeau VISA d’une valeur de 250 $ US.
GAGNANTS DU TROISIÈME PRIX : Un total de cent (100) gagnants recevront chacun une carte-cadeau VISA d’une valeur de 100 $ US.
Les prix ne sont pas attribués selon une base régionale. Les VDA peuvent changer selon les conditions du marché au moment de l’attribution des prix. Toute différence entre la VDA et la valeur réelle ne sera pas attribuée.
Les prix seront attribués à condition qu’un nombre suffisant de participations admissibles soit reçu. Les prix sont non transférables; aucune substitution ni échange en argent ne sera permis sauf par le Commanditaire en cas d’indisponibilité du prix, auquel cas un prix de valeur égale ou supérieure sera attribué.
Les gagnants devront signer et retourner une déclaration d’admissibilité ainsi qu’une décharge de responsabilité et d’autorisation de publicité (sauf là où la loi l’interdit) dans les 14 jours suivant la tentative d’avis, faute de quoi le prix pourra être annulé et un gagnant suppléant sera sélectionné.
Le Commanditaire n’est pas responsable des prix ou billets perdus, volés, falsifiés ou égarés. Les gagnants du grand prix devront sélectionner leur véhicule avant le 30 novembre 2026, sinon le prix sera annulé. Les gagnants acceptent les véhicules « tels quels ». Les Entités du concours ne font aucune déclaration concernant l’état ou la sécurité routière des véhicules.
EXCLUSION D’ADMISSIBILITÉ
Les employés, dirigeants et administrateurs d’Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., de ses sociétés affiliées, filiales, agences de publicité/promotion, des autres Entités du concours, ainsi que les membres de leur famille immédiate (parents, frères et sœurs, enfants et conjoint) ou les personnes vivant sous le même toit, qu’elles soient parentes ou non, ne sont pas admissibles à participer.
CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION
En participant, le participant confirme que l’adresse fournie est valide pendant la période du concours et pendant six mois après sa fin. Les boîtes postales ne seront pas acceptées.
En participant au concours, le participant :
(a) accepte d’être lié par le présent règlement officiel;
(b) reconnaît s’y conformer;
(c) accepte de respecter toutes les lois applicables;
(d) reconnaît les risques inhérents associés à l’utilisation de véhicules powersport, y compris les blessures graves ou la mort; et
(e) libère Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. et les autres Entités du concours de toute responsabilité liée à la participation au concours ou à l’utilisation du prix.
En acceptant un prix, le gagnant accorde au Commanditaire le droit d’enregistrer, photographier et utiliser son image (« Images ») à des fins promotionnelles, publicitaires ou commerciales sans compensation supplémentaire, sauf là où la loi l’interdit.
CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES
Les Entités du concours ne sont pas responsables si le concours ou tout prix ne peut être attribué en raison de retards, interruptions ou défaillances causés par des catastrophes naturelles, guerres, conditions météorologiques, actes de terrorisme, grèves, incendies, actes gouvernementaux ou autres événements hors de leur contrôle raisonnable.
Le Commanditaire se réserve le droit d’annuler, de modifier ou de suspendre le concours si celui-ci ne peut se dérouler comme prévu en raison de virus informatiques, fraude, altération, intervention non autorisée ou défaillances techniques.
Toute violation du présent règlement officiel entraînera la disqualification immédiate du gagnant.
Les tribunaux situés dans le comté de Bexar, Texas, auront compétence exclusive pour toute controverse relative au concours et les lois de l’État du Texas régiront le concours.
RÉSIDENTS DU QUÉBEC
Tout litige concernant l’organisation ou la conduite du présent concours publicitaire peut être soumis à la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux afin qu’elle rende une décision.
